My room was lacking advertised ammenitie

Well the Thumb Heritage Inn makes a point to promise that every room has a refrigerator and a microwave. The room I was in didn't offer these two things, and I didnt get much help from the manager except to offer me some ice. 
 
I like to get what I have paid for, and I don't feel that I did. To top it off the remote for the TV didnt work very well, so rather than a good stay, I left annoyed.
